Compliance Management

Compliance Management is an enhancement to the support provided within iFleet Administration in that, rather than simply assisting in the management of the Customer’s vehicles, iFleet takes a proactive role in ensuring that the vehicles remain compliant in terms of all Scheduled Events & Defect Repairs.

This requires an agreed approach (implementation) with the Customer towards Mileage Management to ensure the most accurate Odometer Readings possible are recorded in our systems, as well as some basic Customer Rules to reduce operational disruption.

Who iFleet should talk to regarding Scheduled Event bookings due?

  • Driver / Depot Manager / Fleet Manager

How the Customer wants Scheduled Event bookings to be made?

  • Drop Off or Waiting Appointments
  • Courtesy Vehicle or Collection & Delivery
  • Overnight

Who needs to know when a Scheduled Event booking has been made?

  • Driver / Depot Manager
  • Fleet Manager / Team Responsible for Work Allocation

Escalation Process

  • Who needs to know when there is no response from nominated vehicle contact?
  • Other issues in need of more urgent remedy

iFleet also becomes the 1st Responder for Unscheduled Events so that it is aware of all vehicles defects and can arrange the most appropriate repairs and monitor these through to completion.

As above, Customer Rules will include:

Who reports defects to iFleet:

  • Driver / Depot Manager / Fleet Manager

Who needs to know when an Unscheduled Event booking has been made?

  • Driver / Depot Manager
  • Fleet Manager / Team Responsible for Work Allocation

Escalation Process
