iFleet Connect+ allows Fleet Manager etc. to view the status of the fleet under iFleet Management.  The information available to view ‘as live’ includes:

Vehicles

  • Contract Details
  • Branches
  • Nominated Persons
  • Drivers
  • Temporary Vehicle Statuses

Scheduled Events

  • Vehicles due an ‘event’ and booking status & booking details
  • Overdue events
  • Amendable date range

Bookings

  • All current jobs and future bookings (including defect repairs)
  • Up to date status of repairs / latest job notes 

Scheduled Event Summary

  • Shows all Scheduled Events:
    • Dates
    • Mileages
    • Repairers
    • Next events due

Comms Log

  • Record of all system generated communications

HGV Planner & Documents

  • HGV Planners for Safety Inspections, MOTs, Tacho Calibration, LOLER etc.
  • Scanned & stored copies of all above documentation
  • View document status
