iFleet Administration

Aimed at Operators requiring the minimum levels of support, our iFleet Administration is based around Mileage Management, recording ongoing monthly Odometer Readings through a variety of measures and using this information to support the following:

Scheduled Event Notifications

  • Service Notifications based on Time and/or Mileage basis specific to the vehicle
  • MOT Reminders based on DVLA data
  • Other ‘Scheduled Events’ e.g. Ancillary Equipment, LOLER etc.

Service Booking Line

  • Removes the hassle of chasing repairer networks for bookings
  • All Scheduled Event Bookings are monitored through to completion

Defect Reporting Line

  • Drivers can report Unscheduled Events (e.g. defects & other operational issues)
  • Defects assessed for urgency and relevant bookings made
  • Repairs monitored through to completion

Excess / Pooled Mileage Awareness Notifications

  • Highlight vehicles where the Customer may be likely to incur additional charges
  • Provide Pooled Mileage information to Customers where required
